CLIENT PROJECTS



  • Migration of a large UCCE deployment from CAD to Finesse with over 50 departments each with its own PG and CUCM cluster. The project consisted of configuration cleanup and standardization across the enterprise.
  • Development of custom gadgets for Cisco Finesse to provide enhanced reports, notifications of incoming calls and agent state transitions, and various screen pops.
  • Deployment of secure access with 802.1x leveraging LSCs as well as CA-signed certificates for a large distributed multisite UC deployment (7K phones).
  • Deployment of secure access with 802.1x leveraging LSCs as well as CA-signed certificates for a multisite redundant VCS cluster with 200 plus telepresence endpoints (SX/MX).
  • Development of various applications for UCCX integrating data from external sources using REST and JDBC, providing dynamic prompt handling and trigger-based routing.
  • Deployment of secure access with 802.1x leveraging CA-signed certificates for a multisite redundant IPTV cluster (Exterity) with 150 plus TVs and media players, encoders and gateways, digital signage stations. 
  • Deployment of an E911 solution with Cisco Emergency Responder for a multisite UC deployment with over 7K phones. The client was in Finance and utilized branch PRIs as well as centralized SIP trunks.
  • Development of a .NET application to build smart automation between ServiceNow and Exchange Web Services (EWS).  The integration fetched and analyzed emails sent by Nice NTR and routed to ServiceNow for incident creation.  
  • Development of a TCL-based traffic generator running on ISR to measure voice quality between distributed sites.  CDRs were collected and analyzed for acceptable MOS.
  • Level III escalation point for complex issues, managing ServiceNow queue for incidents, requests, and planned changes, engaging resources from carriers and vendors to coordinate troubleshooting efforts, collect logs and arrange field visits.   
  • Implementation of route optimization for a large CVP, CUSP, CUBE and CUCM SME deployment with 50 plus leaf clusters.


  • Deployed Expressway MRA (X14.3.x) for Jabber on iPhone users with single sign-on (SSO)


  • ​Upgraded CUCM, CUC, and UCCX from 11.5 to 12.5 for 8K users, installed smart licensing on-prem, managed third-party integrations such as compliance recording with NTR, provisioning with Uplinx and Telisca/Imagicle, trader phones with Unigy
